Each meeting room has its own dashboard that provides an overview of the room’s settings and status. The dashboard’s appearance depends on how the room is configured and may, therefore, display more or fewer widgets and other information.
Below the meeting room’s name, there can be one or several status labels showing different parameters that are relevant to each meeting room visible to give you quick information about the meeting room:

Room Type: The room type is typically displayed as a meeting room if the room is static and not a dynamic (booked) meeting room.

Owner: Displays if the room has an owner, and who it is.
Lobby function
Lobby Function: Indicates that the lobby function is enabled.
Locked lobby
Locked Lobby: Indicates that the lobby for guest participants is enabled, requiring a host/moderator to join the meeting and admit guests.
For members only
For Members Only: Indicates that the meeting room can only be used by defined members.
Auto-generated
Auto-generated: Indicates that the meeting room is generated automatically, from a directory service such as LDAP or Microsoft ADFS, among others. This feature automatically creates a personal meeting room for all users in the directory.
