The firmware feature lets administrators upload and manage endpoint firmware images and install them onto video conferencing devices. The firmware page provides a central list of all firmware uploaded, along with any global firmware shared across tenants, showing each image’s version, file name, target model, and upload date. From this page administrators can upload, download, copy, or delete firmware, as well as install it onto an endpoint.
Firmware is matched to endpoints by model and version. When an upgrade is triggered, the device is given a secure download URL and instructed to perform a software upgrade.
