ADD Allows you to add members to the meeting room.
Actions 1. ( ) Allows you to manually refresh the dashboard.
2. ( ) Access relevant documentation.
  • Member – Displays the name of the member.
  • Rights – Displays the member’s current rights. If it’s green, it means that the user has that permission.
    • Remove – The user is allowed to remove the meeting room.
    • Add/Remove members – The user is allowed to add and remove members of the meeting room.
    • Rename – The user is allowed to change the name of the meeting room.
    • Change URI – The user is allowed to change the URI of the meeting room.
    • Change call id – The user is allowed to change the call id of the meeting room.
    • Change passcode – The user is allowed to change the PIN codes of the meeting room.
    • Remove yourself – The user is allowed to remove themselves as members of the meeting room.
    • Member access – The user is a member of this room and is allowed to schedule a meeting in this room from the Mividas Meeting Portal and Outlook add-in.
    • Change accessmethod – The user is allowed to change the scope of access methods
    • Controling camera/audio – The user is allowed to control camera and audio for the meeting room, e.g., muting a participant’s microphone.

Edit Click to edit the permissions for a user.
Remove Click to remove a user as a member of the meeting room.
