Gain an overview of calls, meetings, and room usage, along with the distribution of meeting types configured in Mividas Meeting Portal.
Mividas Insight also provides operational information about the video platform and policy data for tenants where resource allocation has been configured.
1.1. Dashboard
This page provides an at-a-glance overview of key metrics related to video meeting activity. It features preconfigured widgets that display detailed insights from the past 24 hours and the last 7 days. Metrics include the number of unique calls and participants, total hours spent in meetings, and a breakdown of User and Guest activity with percentages. Additionally, it highlights peak usage times and weekdays, as well as trends in room usage by time of day and day of the week. This summary helps monitor and analyze meeting patterns efficiently.

Widgets overview
The dashboard page grid features insight widgets from various parts of the system, providing a quick overview of the usage of the platform.

Unique calls and participants – This widget displays the number of unique calls and the total number of participants over the last 24 hours.
Total hours – This widget shows the total number of hours in video meetings over the last 24 hours.
User hours – This widget displays the number of hours Users have been in video meetings and the percentage of video meeting participants being Users. Based on the last 24 hours.
Guest hours – This widget displays the number of hours Guests have been in video meetings and the percentage of video meeting participants being Guests. Based on the last 24 hours.
Call minutes per hour – Shows the number of people and conference systems currently participating in video meetings
Peak time – Shows the time when the number of calls was at its peak.
Peak weekday – Shows which day of the week had the highest number of calls.
People per time(last 7 day) – Shows people in rooms by time of day. Click

1.2. Call statistics
The call statistics view focuses on connections from participating nodes, such as conference systems, video clients, and telephony. These calls can either be ‘point-to-point’, e.g., when two conference systems connect directly without using a video meeting bridge, or multiparty meetings where connected nodes join in a virtual meeting room. The view displays data such as unique calls, concurrent connected participants, and simultaneous ongoing meetings.

Filters and export
Choose the start date and time for your data.

Choose to filter the data for a specific server/cluster.

The debug option is available in different places on this page. Its function is to provide you with more technical details about the calls, such as details about the meeting, log files, and more. If you choose to filter with debug mode enabled from the start, the results are shown as seen below. You can also reach debug mode from other places even if you haven’t enabled it from the start.

Title – Shows a description of the call.
Group – Shows if the call is related to a group and if so which.
Start – Date and time of the call started.
