Filters and export
Search for a meeting room by name, URI or call id
Reload the data to apply any changed filters.
SHOW FOR Choose to filter the data for a specific server/cluster.
Filter 1. Organization unit: Choice to display meeting rooms based on their organizational unit affiliation.

Set your choices by clicking Apply
EXPORT # Exports and downloads the results as an Excel file. # will show the number of currently filtered results..

Meeting rooms list

  • Name – The name of the meeting room.
  • URI – The URI of the meeting room.
  • Call ID – The call id of the meeting room.
OptionDescription
Edit Allows you to modify a range of settings for the meeting room, except for auto-generated rooms where certain settings are non-editable. If there are settings on the meeting room that can not be edited from the quick view, a warning will be displayed with a link to the regular editing page.

Bulk actions

Selecting one, multiple or all meeting rooms will show bulk actions:

OptionDescription
SEND Send invitation: If the meeting room is associated with an email address or a user with an email address, connection details can be sent to these recipients.
MOVE Move to tenant: Enables moving meeting rooms from one customer/tenant to another. This is a useful feature when migrating between supported video platforms or for service providers managing multiple customers.
MOVE Move to organizational unit: Allows selected meeting rooms to be moved to a different organizational unit.
DELETE ALL SELECTED Delete all selected: Allows you to delete one or more meeting rooms.
