
The System defaults page defines the default configuration, specifications, and provisioning behavior that Mividas Rooms applies to managed systems. Setting these once means newly added systems inherit sensible defaults without having to configure each one by hand.

General

| Default Address Book | Select one of your address books that should be added to all systems by default. |
| Default branding profile | Select one of your branding profiles that should be added to all systems by default. |
| HTTP Feedback Slot | Determines which HTTP feedback slot to use by default when subscribing to live updates is provisioned to the system. Each slot is unique to one provisioning system. Cisco TMS uses FeedbackSlot 3 by default. |
| Dial-in protocol | Select your default dial-in protocol. |
| Use proxy by default | Specify whether to use a proxy by default; note that this requires that you have at least one proxy connected to Mividas Rooms. Read more in the Proxy clients documentation. |
| Default SIP Proxy | Determines whether a default SIP proxy should be used when dialing properties are provisioned to systems. |
| Default SIP proxy user name | Enter the default SIP proxy user name. |
| Default SIP proxy password | Enter the default SIP proxy password. |
| Standard H323 Gatekeeper | Determines if an H.323 gatekeeper address should be pre-filled when dialing properties are provisioned to systems. |

Default settings

Define the default Specifications and Configuration per system category, applied to systems of that type. Two categories are available:
- Cisco systems – directly managed Cisco endpoints (grouped by model).
- Cisco system using Webex API – Cisco endpoints managed through the Webex API (grouped by model).
Category settings

Apply settings to all system types within this category.

Reusable configuration templates that can be applied to systems during provisioning. Use to narrow the list.
