Form fields
When adding or editing a record, the following fields are available:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Customer | The customer (tenant) this record applies to; leave blank for a global/shared record. |
| Participant normal limit | The normal participant limit. |
| Participant gateway limit | The participant limit for gateway calls. |
| Participant hard limit | The hard participant limit that is never exceeded. |
| Valid from. | The date/time from which this record is valid. |
| Soft limit action | Action taken when the soft participant limit is reached. |
| Hard limit action | Action taken when the hard participant limit is reached. |
