Form fields
When adding or editing a record, the following fields are available:

| Description | A free-text description for your own reference. |
| DNS Name | The fully-qualified DNS hostname of the server. |
| IP | The IP address of the server or system. |
| Opt. separate api-ip/host | Controls the “Opt. separate api-ip/host” setting for this record. |
| Verify SSL certificates | Use full domain name that matches server certificates |
| Customer | The customer (tenant) this record applies to; leave blank for a global/shared record. |
| Default video address domain | Default domain for video addresses. |
| Username | The account username used to authenticate. |
| Password | Use hyphen (-) to reset the value to zero |
| Cluster | The video cluster this record applies to. |
| Cdr active | Maintenance > Logging > Call Data Records = “Service only” |
