Customer/tenant records and their per-cluster dialing, provisioning and PIN settings.
Warning: Changes made here affect low-level platform behavior and can disrupt service if misconfigured. Only make changes if you understand their impact, and always use the standard Core/Rooms interface when the same setting is available there.
Form fields
When adding or editing a record, the following fields are available:

| Title | A descriptive title shown in lists and pickers. |
| Video Provider | The primary video provider (bridge) for the customer. |
| Cloud provider | The cloud provider used for hybrid/cloud meetings. |
| Add x seconds before a meeting | Extra seconds added before each meeting. |
| Add x seconds after a meeting | Extra seconds added after each meeting. |
| CMS tenant ID | Must be in CMS |
| Pexip tenant ID | Automatically generated if this customer is not set as the default customer for the cluster |
| Possible SEEVIA API Key | Optional SEEVIA API key. |
| Activate | Activate this customer. |
| Enable access to Core | Allow this customer to use Mividas Core. |
| Enable access to Rooms | Allow this customer to use Mividas Rooms. |
| Logo url | For invitation messages |
| Cluster | The video cluster this record applies to. |
| Default SIP domain | The default SIP domain for the cluster/customer. |
| Separate domain WebRTC/Web access | A separate domain for WebRTC/web access. |
| IVR phone number | The IVR phone number shown to participants. |
| Alternative SIP domains | Allow use of additional domains. Comma-separated |
| Scheduled room number range | Number range used for scheduled meeting rooms. |
| Static room number range | Number range used for static meeting rooms. |
| Provision meetings | Provision meetings to the bridge. |
| Provision meeting rooms x min before scheduled meeting | For scheduled provisioning |
| Delete meeting room x min after scheduled meeting | Minutes after a meeting ends before its room is deleted. |
| Disconnect all participants x min after booked meeting | Minutes after the booked end time before participants are disconnected. |
| Show message x min before the end time of the meeting | Minutes before the end time to show an ending-soon message. |
| Number of PIN digits | The number of digits generated PINs use. |
| Require PIN for guests | Require a PIN for guest participants. |
| Require PIN for moderators | Require a PIN for moderators. |
| Skype domain | The Skype/Teams domain used for gateway calls. |
| Rewrite for Skype SIP domain | Use {conf} to replace with conference ID, {url} for URL (without protocol) |
