Form fields
When adding or editing a record, the following fields are available:

| Cluster | The video cluster this record applies to. |
| Provider | The meeting platform / provider this record is linked to. |
| Customer | The customer (tenant) this record applies to; leave blank for a global/shared record. |
| Endpoint | The room system (endpoint) this record is linked to. |
| Everything | Trace everything rather than a single target. |
| Ts start | Start timestamp (read-only). |
| Ts stop | Stop timestamp (read-only). |
| User | The user associated with this record. |
| Ts created | When this record was created (read-only). |
