
API keys used by Mividas Meeting Portal and other integrations to call the booking API. A system-generated API key is always added on installation.
Warning: Changes made here affect low-level platform behavior and can disrupt service if misconfigured. Only make changes if you understand their impact, and always use the standard web interface when the same setting is available there.

Add scheduling portal API key

| Field | Description |

| Name | A descriptive name used to identify this record. |
| Update key | A new key has been generated. Save it, it will be hidden after saving. |
| Enable customer restriction | Enable this to limit the API key to specific customer(s). This will be activated if some customers are selected in the list below. |
| Limit to customers | Select one or more customers to enable the API key for. |
| Limit to IP addresses | A list of approved IP addresses/networks that can use the API key. |
| Turn on change settings for static meeting rooms | Controls the “Turn on change settings for static meeting rooms” setting for this record. |
| Allow users to create new static meeting rooms | Controls the “Allow users to create new static meeting rooms” setting for this record. |
| Expiration date | When this key expires. |
| Created | When this record was created (read-only). |
| Last used | When this key was last used (read-only). |
| Enabled | Whether this record is currently enabled (read-only). |
| Key value | The generated key value, only parts of the key for identification. (read-only). |
