Add a user alert rule

FieldDescription
CustomerSelect the customer this record applies to; leave blank for a global record.
EndpointSelect the room system this record is linked to; leave blank for all systems.
Value typeSelect the type of value being evaluated: Status, Configuration, Rooms metadata.
KeyInput the key identifier:

For Status type, enter the full path, separated by a dot (.) or slash (/), e.g. SystemUnit/Hardware/Temperature

For Configuration type, enter the full path, separated by a dot (.) or slash (/), e.g. Conference/Encryption/Mode

For Rooms metadata type, enter the parameter, e.g., Temperature.
OperatorSelect the comparison operator used to evaluate the value: Equal, Not equal, Less than, Less than or equal, More than, More than or equal, New value, Removed value.
LimitEnter the threshold value the rule compares against.
Ignore unsetIgnore systems where the value is not set.
PersistentWhether the alert persists until it is resolved.
MessageThe message shown when the rule triggers.
SeverityThe severity level applied when this rule matches.

Value type: Rooms metadata (Mividas Rooms metadata)

The Mividas Rooms metadata keys are based on you locale settings, that means that e.g. People wont work as a key in a Swedish installation, there it would be Personer.

Air quality Number Air-quality index reported by the room sensor.
Allow storage of sensor data Boolean Whether sensor data may be stored for this system.
Ambient noise Number Background noise level (dB) from the room sensor.
Automatically update IP Boolean Whether the system’s IP address is updated automatically.
Created Datetime When the system record was created in Mividas.
default address book Number (id) Internal ID of the system’s default address book.
Dial-in protocol String (choice) Default protocol used to dial the system.
External mailbox String External email mailbox associated with the system.
External provisioning service URL String URL of an external provisioning service, if used.
Firmware String Installed software/firmware version.
Full DNS hostname String Fully qualified DNS hostname of the system.
H.323 E.164 String H.323 E.164 dialing number.
H323 String H.323 address. This key is never translated.
Has people count Boolean Whether the system supports people counting.
Hide in address books Boolean Whether the system is hidden from address books.
Humidity Number Relative humidity (%) from the room sensor.
ID in inventory system String Identifier of the system in an external inventory system.
IP address String Current IP address of the system.
Last event Datetime Time the last event was received from the system.
Last head count Datetime Time of the last people-count reading.
Last online Datetime Time the system was last seen online.
Last presence Datetime Time of the last presence reading.
Location String Physical location/room of the system.
MAC address String Hardware MAC address of the system.
Model String Device model name.
Name String Display name of the system in Mividas.
Notes String Free-text notes stored on the system.
Number of seats in rooms Number Seating capacity of the room.
Organization unit Number (id) Internal ID of the organization unit the system belongs to.
People Number Current number of people detected in the room.
Personal system Boolean Whether this is a personal (not shared) system.
Person’s e-mail address String Email address of the person assigned to a personal system.
Port to Web Interface Number TCP port of the system’s web interface.
Presence Boolean Whether presence is currently detected (True/False).
Serial number String Hardware serial number of the system.
Service reference String Service/support reference tag.
Service valid until Datetime Date the service agreement expires.
SIP String SIP address. This key is never translated.
Sound level Number Current sound level (dB) from the room sensor.
Standard type of scheduling from Portal String (choice) Default booking type used when scheduling from the Portal.
Temperature Number Room temperature (°C) from the sensor.
Type of connection Number (choice) How Mividas connects to the system, stored as a numeric code.
Type of system Number (choice) Manufacturer/system type, stored as a numeric code.
Uptime Number Seconds since the system last booted.
Username String Username used to connect to the system.
Validate SSL connection Boolean Whether the SSL certificate is validated when connecting.
Webex registered device ID String Device ID for a Webex-registered system.
