Customizable UI messages, help texts and templates shown throughout the products, configurable per customer.
Warning: Changes made here affect low-level platform behavior and can disrupt service if misconfigured. Only make changes if you understand their impact, and always use the standard Core/Rooms interface when the same setting is available there.
Form fields
When adding or editing a record, the following fields are available:

| Title | A descriptive title shown in lists and pickers. |
| Type | The category of message (controls where it is shown). |
| Type key | The internal key identifying where the message is shown. |
| Content | The body content. |
| Customer | The customer (tenant) this record applies to; leave blank for a global/shared record. |
| Active | Whether this record is currently active. |
| Extend other key | Inherit content from another message key. |
| Template format | The format used to render the message template. |
| Attach user manual/other instructions | Max 5 MB, filformat %s |
When editing an existing message the Type and Extend-other fields are also shown.
