LDAP directory servers used for user and address-book synchronization.
Warning: Changes made here affect low-level platform behavior and can disrupt service if misconfigured. Only make changes if you understand their impact, and always use the standard Core/Rooms interface when the same setting is available there.
Form fields
When adding or editing a record, the following fields are available:

| Description | A free-text description for your own reference. |
| Customer | The customer (tenant) this record applies to; leave blank for a global/shared record. |
| Type | The type/category of this record. |
| IP address | The IP address of the server or system. |
| Public DNS name | Possibly with a gate, ldap.example.org:389 |
| Internal DNS name for update | Possibly with a gate, ldap.example.org:389 |
| Base DN | The LDAP base DN to search from. |
| Username | Bind DN |
| Password | Use hyphen (-) to reset the value to zero |
| Verify certificates | Whether to verify TLS certificates. |
| Last error | The most recent error message, if any (read-only). |
